Lantinor is a SaaS recruitment management solution (ATS — Applicant Tracking System), accessible at www.lantinor.com (the "Platform"). It is published by Lantinor LLC, a limited liability company incorporated on January 6, 2026 in the State of Wyoming (United States), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (hereinafter "Lantinor", "we", or "our Company").

The Platform enables:

  • Recruiters (HR directors, recruitment agencies, Lantinor clients): to manage the entire recruitment cycle, publish job offers, collect, score, and analyze applications using artificial intelligence, and communicate with candidates;
  • Candidates: to apply for job offers, track the progress of their application, and receive personalized feedback.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Platform by any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "User").

Article 1 — Scope

1.1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Lantinor and Users, whether Recruiters (subscribers or free plan users) or Candidates.

1.2. Any use of the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is confirmed electronically upon account creation or access to the Platform.

1.3. Lantinor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email and/or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 2 — Platform Access

2.1. Access to the Platform requires the creation of a user account with personal credentials. Recruiters register through the free plan or subscribe to one of the paid plans available at www.lantinor.com. Candidates access the Platform free of charge upon invitation from a Recruiter or via a public link.

2.2. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of their account is their responsibility. They agree to immediately notify Lantinor of any unauthorized access.

2.3. Lantinor may, for maintenance or security reasons, temporarily suspend access to the Platform without obligation to compensate, provided that Users are informed as soon as possible.

Article 3 — Services and Service Conditions

3.1. The Platform can be accessed through a direct invitation from a Recruiter (an email containing a link to the Platform sent directly to the Candidate's address), or through public links (a link to the Platform published by the Recruiter and accessible to anyone).

3.2. The Candidate shall use the Platform solely for personal purposes and not for commercial purposes.

3.3. Use of the Platform may require the use of cookies.

Article 4 — User Obligations

4.1 Recruiters

The Recruiter agrees to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding labor law and personal data protection
  • Not publish discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful job offers
  • Obtain necessary consents before processing Candidates' personal data
  • Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms
  • Pay subscriptions according to the agreed pricing terms

4.2 Candidates

The Candidate agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in their application
  • Not impersonate another person
  • Not introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful elements into the Platform
  • Not attempt to access other users' data without authorization
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in their interactions with the Platform

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

5.1. The Lantinor Platform, its content (texts, algorithms, interfaces, logos, databases) and all its components constitute works protected by intellectual property law. All rights reserved to Lantinor LLC.

5.2. A Platform subscription grants the Recruiter a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use limited to the duration of the subscription. No transfer of intellectual property rights is effected.

5.3. Candidates retain ownership of their application documents (resumes, cover letters, etc.). They authorize Lantinor to store these documents and make them accessible to the relevant Recruiters as part of the recruitment process.

5.4. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform without prior written authorization from Lantinor.

Article 6 — Personal Data

6.1. In the context of using the Platform, Lantinor collects and processes personal data. This processing is described in detail in the Data Protection Charter.

6.2. Lantinor acts as a data processor on behalf of Recruiters with respect to Candidate data, and as a data controller for Recruiter data.

6.3. Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding their personal data. These rights may be exercised by contacting: contact@lantinor.com.

Article 7 — Liability

7.1. Lantinor provides a technical Platform for recruitment management. Lantinor does not intervene in recruitment decisions, which remain the sole responsibility of the Recruiter. Artificial intelligence features (scoring, resume analysis) serve as decision-support tools and do not substitute the Recruiter's judgment.

7.2. Lantinor shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or clients.

7.3. Lantinor undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Platform, without however guaranteeing 100% uninterrupted availability.

7.4. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, cyberattack, telecommunications network failure, etc.), Lantinor shall not be held liable for service interruption.

Article 8 — Pricing and Billing

8.1. Lantinor offers a free plan with limited features, as well as paid subscriptions with pricing available at www.lantinor.com. Lantinor reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.

8.2. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the defined billing period. Any cycle that has begun is due in full.

8.3. In the event of non-payment of a paid subscription, Lantinor reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform after formal notice has been sent without response.

8.4. Access to the Platform for Candidates is free of charge and shall remain so.

Article 9 — Duration and Termination

9.1. These Terms take effect on the date of account creation and apply for the entire duration of Platform use.

9.2. The Recruiter may terminate their subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

9.3. Lantinor may terminate a User's access in the event of a breach of these Terms, after formal notice has been sent without effect.

9.4. Upon termination, the Recruiter's active data (account access, current job offers, active applications) is deleted within 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations (accounting, tax, contractual data) is retained in accordance with the periods required by applicable law (see Data Protection Charter).

Article 10 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). However, insofar as Lantinor offers its services to users residing in the European Union, mandatory provisions of the applicable law in the User's country of residence may apply.

10.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution within 30 days. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
